NB10000 Gen 3 has four indicators to show the charging status and the power level:

1 Flashing: <10% (means the battery needs to be recharged as soon as possible)
1 Constant-on: 10% – 25%
2 Constant-on: 25% – 50%
3 Constant-on: 50% – 75%
4 Constant-on: 75% – 100%

Wipe the power bank clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerge it in water.
Avoid completely discharging the power bank before recharging it to prolong its lifespan.
Check the power bank for any signs of wear or damage, such as cracks or swelling, and discontinue use if any issues are detected.
